Under the Fishing Lake First Nation Waywaynih Kunawapunteeing Trust Agreement, all eligible members are entitled to receive a $20,000 Per Capita Distribution.

To receive your payment, each member must complete the Payment Instruction, Discharge, Release, and Indemnity Form. This form collects personal, banking, and tax information as required by federal Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) regulations.

Once payment has been received, members release and discharge Fishing Lake First Nation and RBC Royal Trust from any further obligations related to this distribution.
