The claims section only states what the claims are but I want to know whats the status? Are they accepted for us? Cause my research indicates the other bands are receiving something but we settled with Canada, our surrender trust. In that settlement we are not allowed to pursue any future claims against Canada. Our trust prevents us from any future claims so I don't think we're eligible.
