Data entry with Excel spreadsheets, word docs, etc. Provides administrative support to ensure effective and efficient project systems and goals. Carries out administrative tasks such as but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, monitoring emails, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, etc. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, scheduling repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies. Will be required to open the 303 building and prepare coffee for Elders who wish to access the building for visiting purposes. The position requires assisting with video recording events, meetings, and interviews with Elders and community members, as well as other requested events. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of the new Chief Sabitawasis School.
