Amendments to the Member Development Policy shall be made by the Trustees and chief and Council of Fishing Lake First Nation. Firstly, the Trustees shall make any amendments to the Member Development Policy by passing a Resolution adopting any amendments to the Policy. Upon receipt of the proposed amendments and the Trustees and chief and Council approving the amendments, chief and Council shall ratify any amendments to the Member Development Policy by way of a Band Council Resolution. Members shall be informed of any changes/amendments to this Member Development Policy by way of information packages and mail-outs.
