Trustee Applications
Please note there are three (3) Trustee terms that will be expiring in August 2008.
Therefore, you are respectfully being asked to submit your name for consideration to be Trustee for the Fishing Lake 1907 Surrender Trust. The Trustee terms which will expire are (2) off -reserve positions and one (1) on -reserve position. The Selection Committee will also mandate two alternates consisting of two (2) off -reserve and one (1) alternate on reserve. The terms of the successful applicants will be for three years.
In accordance to Article 11:03 of the Trust Agreement you are required to submit:
1. A detailed resume, which will require 3 references (current – within 6 months)
2. A personal background check (C.P.I.C) form provided, also current within 6 months;
3. A statement certifying that you are eligible for bonding; and
4. A letter indicating your reasons as to why you should be a selected Trustee.
Please send all documents as requested above as the Selection Committee will be screening all applicants received; any applications missing any criteria documentation will be considered incomplete and returned to sender.
